What a great company. I called Fix It Appliance yesterday afternoon after discovering my washing machine was full of water and hadn’t washed the clothes. First thing he did was kick off his shoes when he came in, which sounds simple, but shows a lot of respect for a person's home. He went back and forth to the van several times, doing the same each time. He resolved the issue quickly, which came from an improper install. Even though this was under warranty, I would 100% call them again for any appliance repair i needed between their respect for my home, their professionalism, and their skill.
